By contacting Full Professional Websites, receiving a demo website, or making a payment, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

Full Professional Websites provides custom website design and deployment services for local businesses. Our services include:

• Design and development of a personalized single-page or multi-page website
• Delivery of a free demo website link via SMS prior to any payment
• Website hosting and deployment upon payment
• An optional $20/month maintenance plan for ongoing updates and support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with reasonable notice to active clients.

Our standard website service is priced at a one-time fee of $1,000 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

• Payment is due only after you have reviewed and approved your free demo
• Your website will go live within hours of confirmed payment
• The $1,000 fee covers design, development, and initial hosting deployment
• The optional maintenance plan ($20/month) is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time

Refund Policy: Because we invest significant time building each website before payment is requested, all sales are final once payment is submitted and the site has been deployed. If you have concerns prior to payment, please discuss them with us before completing your purchase.

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information including your name, phone number, and email
• Notify us of any changes or corrections needed to your website promptly
• Ensure that any content you provide (logos, photos, text) does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Not use your website for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the website content (text, layout, design) we create for your business. Full Professional Websites retains the right to display completed projects in a portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or code frameworks used in building your site. These are licensed to you for use on your website, not transferred outright.

By providing your phone number and verbally consenting to receive communications, you agree to receive automated and non-automated SMS messages from Full Professional Websites, including demo links, payment links, and follow-up messages.

Full Professional Websites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., increased sales, calls, or rankings) from having a website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
